Dicopay SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These SMS Terms of Service govern Dicopay's text messaging program. By opting in via dicopay.com/sms-consent or any other Dicopay channel, you agree to the terms below.

Program

Dicopay offers SMS messaging to customers and prospects who have opted in. Messages may include follow-up on your inquiry, account notifications, billing reminders, and information about Dicopay services.

Frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier's plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again at dicopay.com/sms-consent.

Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive, email support@dicopay.com, or visit dicopay.com/contact-us.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is Voluntary

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may use Dicopay's services without opting in to SMS.

Privacy

For information about how we collect, use, and protect your data — including SMS opt-in data — see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes

Dicopay may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available at dicopay.com/sms-terms.
